What we collect
When you use a form on this site we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, city and state, details of a watch (brand, model, reference, serial number, condition, accessories), any photos you upload, and your message. Serial numbers and photos are used only to authenticate and value your watch.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, make an offer, value a trade-in, propose consignment terms or run a sourcing search.
- To arrange payment, shipping or an in-person handover once you accept an offer.
- To meet legal record-keeping obligations that apply to dealers in high-value goods.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process form data because it is necessary to respond to your request and to take steps toward a transaction you have asked about, and where required by law.
Who receives it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and hosted on Vercel. Insured shipping partners receive the delivery details needed to move a watch. Payment details are exchanged directly with you and never entered on this website.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept for up to 24 months. Transaction records, including authentication notes and warranty details, are kept for as long as the warranty and applicable tax and consumer laws require.

Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Email daniel@henleygmt.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Visitors from the EU, UK and other regions have the rights provided by their local law.
Security
Submissions travel over encrypted connections. We keep the information we hold in access-controlled accounts and share it only as described above.
